Botanical Name:  Cananga odorata - Extra fraction

Manufacturing Process:  Steam distillation of the flowers.

Country of Origin:  Madagascar

Aroma:  Intensely sweet, floral, rich, tropical.

Some Traditional Uses:  A calming, soothing oil, one of its most important benefits is its ability to calm rapid heartbeat.  It is said to reduce blood pressure and works as an antidepressant and sedative.  Helpful in alleviating anxiety, irritability, stress, PMS, and insomnia.

Skin: It is especially good for treating oily skin, acne, and insect bites.
