Botanical Name:  Rosa damascena

Manufacturing Process:  Steam distillation of the flower petals.

Country of Origin:  Bulgaria

Aroma:  Sweet, rich, floral, soft.

Some Traditional Uses:  Rose has been used for centuries to treat female reproductive problems and depression.  Has a tonic effect on the central nervous system and relieves stress.  It is also highly valued for skin care.

Skin: Used to treat dry, mature and sensitive skin, it combats inflammation and reduces wrinkles, and improves the look of scars and stretch marks.
