Botanical Name:  Citrus aurantium subsp. Amara

Manufacturing Process:  Steam distillation of the flowers of the Bitter Orange tree.

Country of Origin:  Tunisia

Aroma:  Warm, floral, bitter-sweet.

Some Traditional Uses:  This oil has been highly valued for many years as an effective stress reducer.  It is calming, soothing and uplifting, relieves depression, nervous tension, irritability, PMS, anxiety, and insomnia.

Skin: Neroli is particularly valuable for skin care, stimulating the growth of new cells and treating dry, mature, sensitive skin.  It is also good for conditions such as dermatitis, burns, and eczema.  It tones the complexion, reduces wrinkles, scars, and stretch marks, and rejuvenates aged skin.  Popular in the treatment of body odour.
