Botanical Name:  Origanum marjorana

Manufacturing Process:  Steam distillation of the flowering herb.

Country of Origin:  Spain

Aroma:  Camphorous, woody, spicey.

Some Traditional Uses:  Popular for pain relief, it is useful in massage to relax tight muscles, ease rheumatic and joint pain.  Valuable for dilating blood vessels and reducing high blood pressure.  It is also used as an inhalation to treat asthma and bronchitis.  It helps to relieve anxiety, stress, irritability, PMS symptoms and headaches.  Is warm, soothing and relaxing.
